SimpleIndex TWAIN Error
When encountering this error upon opening a SimpleIndex Project, please make sure of the following:
- The scanner is plugged in to the computer.
- The scanner is on.
- There aren't other programs already using the scanner, e.g. ScandAll Pro, if so, please close them
- There aren't other accounts still logged on to the computer if multiple people use the same computer that also have those programs open, (This can be checked from the start menu by clicking the
icon in the start menu, there should be multiple users showing in the menu if that is the case.) Without administrator privileges, only a restart will log those users out.
