TSP and Temp Loggers are not connecting to Wifi but everything else is

Please check the following

Check to see if the turret tablet is connected via Wifi.
Check to see if your phone can connect via Wifi.
Try using the temp logger in a different access point area to see if it will connect to the Wifi properly.

If these 3 things check out and both TSP and Temp Loggers are down. Then it's most likely a 2.4ghz bandwidth issue.

Ex. 2.4ghz was turned off by the vendor.
