Office 365 Multifactor Authentication Set up With Phone for Users
Set up for Multifactor Authentication
Step 1:
Open Edge or Google chrome browser www.office.com
Enter your email username and password
Step 2:
Click on “ I want to set up different method” as per below.

Click on different method as per below

Choose phone method here
Step 5:
Enter your cell phone number here and click on next
Step 6:
You will receive messages on your cellphone. Enter 6-digit code here from and click on Next.
Step 7:
Click on Next
Step 8:
Enter your first and last name here and click on next.
Step 9:
Click on Done
Step 10:
Click on Done
Step 11:
Enter your email password here and click on sign in and it will star working. If it is not working, then follow step 12 and 13
Step 12:
Click on text option as per below.
Step 13:
Enter 6-digit code that you receive message from your phone and click on Verify.
It should work after then.
Step 14:
After you perform all the steps as per above you have to click on 9 dots
Step 15:
You will see Outlook, Exel. world etc.. click on whatever you need to.
It will work for user.
