First Time VPN set up with MFA
Step 1:
VPN Portal
Enter your VPN Username and Password
Step 2:
Once you log in with your username and password you will have QR code as per below.
Step 3:
You must download “Google Authenticator” application from App Store or Play Store on Your Phone.
Once you download google authenticator app on your Phone and click on + sign as per below and scan QR code as per Step 2
Step 4:
Once you scan the code please log out.
Step 5:
Please login as per below link again
VPN Portal
To be able to sign in to the portal, you must use Windows passwords then The Authenticator application from your Phone generates a new passcode after every timestep.
Enter your password followed by the passcode. Format: <password><passcode> and then click on Login
Step 6:
Once you log in click on VPN and then download SSL VPN config file as per below.
Step 7:
Go to Download folder and copy that file and create new VPN folder and then paste config file on that folder.
Once you copied that configuration file double click on that file
Step 8:
You will see Sophos Connect software on your desktop. Double click on it.
Step 9:
Click on connect.
Step 10:
Enter your username
Password filed: Enter your VPN password with 6-digit code from Authentication application on your Phone and click on Sign in.
(Enter your password followed by the passcode. Format: <password><passcode> and then click on Login)
Step 11:
You see as per below means you connected to VPN.
