Note: Accessing camera servers remotely will require the creation of a MyAxis account, which can be done here. After creation, an email invite will be issued to the FreezPak MyAxis site in order to access the cameras.

Windows Client
For logging into cameras from a remote site from a laptop, select "Sign into Axis Secure Remote Access v2", then proceed to sign in with your MyAxis account, once logged on, any camera server that you have been granted access to will be denoted with an asterisk, once you choose one of the servers to log on to, use your windows login to log into camera server itself.
Mobile Client
Note: If you had the app installed prior to the company-wide axis camera server upgrades, the app will have to be reinstalled before doing this.
Press "Sign in with MyAxis" and input your account credentials, if you do not have an account, please register one with "Register New Account" right at the login page, then select "Axis Secure Remote Access v2", after logging in.
Once signed in, based on which sites you were invited to, a list of servers will show under "All Systems", select any one of them and proceed to log in with the same username/password used to log into computers/outlook account.
